Accountable for creating a secure and safe working and transacting environment for the company. Develop security risk management framework with appropriate Policies, Procedures and Controls. Maintain close liaison with the external Security Company and Manage a group of security guards who ensure the protection of an organization's facilities; Plan, direct, and ensure implementation of comprehensive security systems for protection of individuals, commercial and industrial establishments; Plan and directs installation of electronic security systems, such as CCTV surveillance, entry controls, burglar alarms, smoke detectors and outdoor perimeter and microwave alarms; Network with various Private / Public Partnership to improve the efficiency of security and prosecutions of serious and violent Crime; Conduct surprise security drills to check the efficiency of all security measures; Plan and direct personal security and safety of personnel of the organization and that of visitors; Develop and enforce security procedures and regulations; and Act as a liaison to all departments on security measures, procedures and needs.
