nish Refugee Council (DRC) is one of the world's largest humanitarian organizations. As part of its operations in West Africa, DRC is recruiting an HR Coordinator to support country operations across the WANALA region (West Africa, North Africa and Latin America). This role covers the following countries: Burkina Faso, Senegal, Cameroon, Mali and Niger. 

The HR Coordinator ensures effective and compliant HR operations in the assigned DRC’s Country operations within the WANALA HQ Hub. The HR Coordinator provides technical guidance and support to Country Operations, helping implement HR policies and systems consistently. The role oversees HR activities, ensuring quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and adherence to standards. The HR Operations Coordinator builds HR capabilities in assigned countries and ensures the timely, accurate, and confidential handling of HR matters. Ultimately, the role supports the achievement of business objectives through strong, compliant, and effective HR practices across the region.

If you are the selected candidate, you will work closely with another HR Coordinator (covering Colombia, Venezuela, Chad, Nigeria, Algeria, Libya and Tunisia) and an HR Partner, under the line management of HQ. Your main responsibilities are but not limited to: 

Provide technical advice and support to HR teams and country management;  Review
