Lead and develop a team of ~10 hosts, waiters, and night askaris to deliver exceptional service. Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure accurate, timely meal service. Manage villa guest experiences to maximise satisfaction and prevent service overlaps. Plan and execute signature lodge events such as Boma Night and Dinner at the Manyatta. Collaborate across departments (Guiding, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security) for seamless service delivery. Oversee beverages inventory, villa and bar issuance, and Roof Bar operations. Drive continuous improvement through team training and development. Support the Lodge Manager with front-of-house and administrative duties as required.
