Lead LWF’s Strategic Plan delivery, positioning the organization as the leading membership-based development and conservation organization in the Greater Laikipia landscape. Secure consistent and strategic programmatic relations with County governments within the landscape on issues of common concern, e.g., community development, security, wildlife, water, rangelands, conservation education, tourism and land-use. Oversee the institutional operating budget. Lead fundraising efforts to attract new partnerships and financial support for members' initiatives and to cover the core operational costs of the Forum. Continue to expand and diversify funding resources to ensure fiscal soundness. This includes mobilizing resources from international, regional and local donors including multilateral organizations, implementing partners, UN agencies, other INGOs and NGOs, corporates, and foundations. Forge long-lasting partnerships with LWF’s implementing partners in the Upper Ewaso Ng'iro Basin.
