Key Responsibilities: School Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new school clients through structured outreach and outbound calls, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. School Onboarding & Training: Conduct onboarding and training sessions for school administrators and staff to ensure effective adoption and usage of products and services. School Relationship Management & Retention: Maintain strong relationships with partner schools, monitor their performance, address concerns, and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction, retention, and account growth. School Performance Monitoring & Support (Customer Success): Track school usage, engagement, and performance metrics, proactively following up to resolve issues, improve outcomes, and ensure schools meet expected targets. Upselling & Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services or products within partner schools, driving renewals, repeat business, and upselling while balancing new school acquisition responsibilities. Reporting & Follow-Up: Maintain accurate records of school interactions, account performance, sales activity, and training outcomes, and provide timely reports to leadership. Mandatory Requirements (All Must Be Met): Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years proven experience in business development, sales, or customer success. Experience in outbound sales calls, client onboarding, and training. Proven track record of meeting sales or account management targets. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage school accounts, follow up on performance, and maintain accurate reports. Professional approach, discipline, and ability to work under targets and deadlines.
