BURN designs, manufactures, and distributes aspirational fuel-efficient cooking products that save lives and forests in the developing world. BURN has revolutionized the global cookstove sector by proving the business case for selling a high quality, locally manufactured and unsubsidized cookstoves. Since 2013, BURN has sold 200,000+ high quality, locally manufactured cookstoves. Duties and Responsibilities: Daily Data Analysis: Analyze daily reports from Business Intelligence on customer repayment efficiency and stove usage in commercial markets. Identify and flag customers below the repayment efficiency & Usage threshold. Manage and maintain ACT Call Trackers, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and clarity to support effective tracking and reporting. Hourly and daily sharing of usage, repayment, and early warning reports to the field agents for action. Flagging & Reporting: Compile a daily list of customers with low repayment efficiency and share it with the agent care team for follow-up. Monitor stove usage patterns and identify opportunities for improvement. Propose and assist in implementing initiatives aimed at improving commercial operations. Work with the agent care team and sales agents to resolve issues impacting customer behavior. Support the Agent care manager and projects manager with weekly reporting as required. KPI Calculations: Calculate and track commercial team KPIs i.e. Team Leaders, sales agents, etc. Provide regular performance updates to leadership based on the set metrics. Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and performance dashboards. Coordinate with the sales team to track targets, agent performance, and regional sales data. Support the onboarding and documentation of new agents and team leaders. Administrative Duties: Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups for the commercial team. Manage and advice on commercial budget adherence through scrutinizing of PRFs raised by the commercial team for approval. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Finance, HR, and Logistics to support sales campaigns, agent recruitment, and product availability. Work with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure proper stock levels in the warehouses and stock reconciliation. Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in business analytics or data analysis. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. Proficiency in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations. Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
