Key Responsibilities
Support the F&B Manager in daily outlet operations
Maintain and elevate service standards across all outlets
Oversee staff scheduling and staff training initiatives
Lead daily briefings and staff training initiatives
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are upheld
Monitor buffet presentation and service quality
Drive ala carte sales and guest satisfaction
Manage stock control and operational efficiency
Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and functional
Candidate Profile
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field with minimum 3 year's experience in a similar role
Work experience in a 4-Star hotel or resort
All-Inclusive (AI) experience is an added advantage
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organizational ability
Professional, proactive, and service-driven
