The Advisor will also strengthen resource mobilization capacity by creating user-friendly tools and developing and facilitating trainings that advance resource mobilization skills as well as support the adoption of improved systems and processes. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as Proposal Manager, leading matrixed diverse teams to drive efficient and effective proposal development processes for high-value and highly strategic opportunities with foundations, corporations, institutions, and innovative financing mechanisms. This includes developing winning proposal strategies, undertaking in-depth competitive analysis, identifying consortium partners, facilitating reviews, drafting consultant scopes, writing/editing proposal sections, developing personnel profiles, conducting business intelligence research, supporting prepositioning plans, coaching staff, developing training materials, leading after action reviews, supporting pipeline forecasting, and traveling internationally.
