Technical Responsibilities include Finance (manage regional cash and bank books, record daily transactions, ensure safe security and perform weekly reconciliations, process payment requests, support monthly closing, ensure purchasing procedures are followed, perform scanning and coding of finance vouchers, file all invoices and financial documents), Human Resources (induct new regional staff, disseminate staff guidelines, manage all immigration processes for international staff, coordinate planning of annual leave for national staff, prepare and consolidate expats payroll, prepare payroll schedules), Office management (support regional staff in administrative duties, coordinate and process visas, support procurement and maintain databases on office services, manage regional office supplies, prepare meeting minutes, support with small office and programmatic purchases, establish and maintain filing system, support with office maintenance), Travels and events (schedule and coordinate appointments, organise team travels, organise external and in-house events, support with travel arrangements), Representation, liaison and coordination (develop and maintain good working relationships, coordinate with other departments, perform any other related task). Person Specification requires Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Management or related field, at least 3+ years of work experience in a similar position in Humanitarian Organisation, CPA level 1 is an added advantage, knowledge of humanitarian principles and core humanitarian standards.
