The role focuses on proactive sales generation through direct outreach, strategic partnerships, and digital marketing initiatives targeting aviation stakeholders including airlines, air operators, airport personnel, cargo and logistics companies, aviation security personnel including private security firms. Key Accountabilities: Sales Generation & Business Development Actively identify, target, and convert new clients through direct sales, cold calling, and relationship building. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective students and corporate clients. Promote Academy training programs to airlines, ground handlers, cargo agents, aviation security companies, and related stakeholders. Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow-ups to secure training enrolments. Client Relationship Management Build and sustain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders. Serve as the primary contact for external training inquiries and corporate accounts. Identify client training needs and purpose suitable training solutions.
